Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity at Immaculate Conception Convent hosted an etiquette dinner for Yuma Catholic High School students. Why this particular activity?
Sister Mary Teresa Bettag’s speech class participated in a special meal to practice social skills such as use of correct tableware, conversation with people you normally don’t sit with, how to make a toast and other good and proper manners for social interacation. Needless to say, it was an enjoyable educational experience and one that will be remembered for a life time.
