Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity Sister Carol Seidl, Sister Joellen Kohlman and Sister Carla Riach attended the recent Southwest Liturgical Conference that was held in Tucson, Arizona.
Sister Carol had this to say about the conference: “I loved being there. It was a great change of pace from being in the school climate all the time. It was a beautiful way to see the Catholic Church in the U.S.- so alive, so diverse and so welcoming to all-cultures and ages. The Catholic Church is no way dead in the U.S. It is growing and very active. God is here.”
Participants came from Arizona, Texas and New Mexico. It was a conference with offerings for the teaching of Religion, RCIA, Church music and much more.
