Today it is possible to have class states away. Franciscan Sister of Christian Charity Sister Maria Goretti Scandaliato did just that when she had a video call with the homeschool group (Agnus Dei Academy) in Yuma, Arizona. Sister is currently serving in Chassell, Michigan.
About 26 4th- 8th grade students participated along with either parents and teachers of the students. It was a good connection in more ways than one. The topic covered was vocations.
