Immaculate Conception parish hosted a recent Dinner Auction Dance. As part of the evening’s activities, Sister Janet Rose made her famous Pineapple Upside Down Cake which went for $800. Talk about expensive, yet sweet calories!
Sister Ann Mary Hart offered to do a pie as the bidder’s choice which went for $225. Indeed, our Sisters’ bakery were truly popular items. I did a shawl that went for $375. It’s a great way to help support the various programs the parish offers. This particular fundraiser’s monies were targeted for the Religious Education program.
