While young people and others are preparing for the March for Life in Washington D.C., Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity are also participating in awareness events respecting life wherever we are throughout the nation. Here’s one example of a planned gathering in Arizona. Under blue skies today, Sister Carol Seidl led the opening prayer for a Walk for Life in Casa Grande.
It was sponsored by the Knights of Columbus from St. Anthony of Padua Parish. Sister walked with the 42 people children through senior citizens.
Sister Carol was also called upon to lead another meaningful prayer when the group of pilgrims approached the church. Beautiful roses were placed on the Tomb of the Unborn Child.
